Family and Group photography is another specialty of Images by Alison Photography Studio. Family has never been as important as it is today!

Capture your family's image during a family gathering, special occasion, reunion, vacation or as an excuse to capture a moment in time.

Family photography for smaller groups can be taken in the studio or on location. Larger groups can be photographed on location at a hotel, guest house, historic fort, the beach  or at home. Alison has  a selection of locations available.

Family portraits can be formal or more casual and informal. Clothing for groups should be in solid colors within the same color scheme. Comfortable clothing should  be worn, especially if young children are involved. Sometimes photographs with young children require adults to pose sitting on the backdrop, sand or grass.

Alison has many years experience working with children of all ages. She pays close  attention to detail and posing during each session. A consultation via phone or in person is crucial to determine dress, location and timing (lighting is crucial to outdoor photography).
